Garnacha

VINIFICATION
A wine made solely with Garnacha grapes from the highest terraces in Olite. There sits a vineyard planted in largely infertile stony limestone soils. A Mediterranean climate tempered by persistent northerlies is condensed into an austere environment, where the vines have learned to survive, grow and offer a rosé that truly reflects its origins.

TASTING NOTES
Delicate, pale, coral pink. Fresh, fruit-forward aromas. It develops volume and roundness in the mouth whilst retaining that freshness sought by lovers of modern rosés.

SERVING AND PAIRING
Serving temperature: 8-10 °C
Ideal as a standalone aperitif and the perfect complement to any party.
